Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days of payment clearing. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Estimates
We fulfil internationally. Typical transit times after dispatch:
- United States: 10-20 business days
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 10-20 business days
- United Kingdom & Western Europe: 10-20 business days
- Other destinations: 15-25 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods (Chinese New Year, Black Friday, Christmas) and customs clearance can add time that is outside our control.
Shipping Cost
- Free shipping on orders over $50 USD.
- Orders under $50 USD are charged a flat rate shown at checkout.
- Express upgrade is not available at this time.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email once the parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take 2-5 days to show its first scan.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare parcels at their actual value and cannot mark them as "gift" or under-declare them.
Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the buyer covers the additional postage.
Lost Parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 30 days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Where the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will send a replacement or issue store credit.
