The Parts That Change How Your CHOC Feels

If you already own a CHOC body, you do not need to buy another slider to get a different feel. The detent track is a removable PEEK insert, and this is where you buy the alternatives.

PEEK Inserts

• Standard Detent Plate - evenly spaced steps. The reference feel.
• Dense End-Strike Plate 0.9mm - the plate strikes a stop at the end of travel. Looser spacing. 3mm beads only.
• Ultra-Dense End-Strike Plate 0.6mm - the same end-strike behaviour at tighter spacing. 3mm beads only.
• Ultra-Dense Silent Plate 0.6mm - no end strike. The quietest insert, with short frequent steps.

Check your bead size before ordering. The end-strike plates are cut for 3mm beads and will not take other sizes.

Bead Slots

Single and dual bead slot parts. The slot is what the bead runs in, and single versus dual changes how the plate is held through the stroke.

Springs and Beads

5-coil and 7-coil springs, each supplied with beads. More coils means a softer, longer spring; fewer means firmer and shorter. These are the wear items - if your stroke has gone soft, this is the part to replace.
