EDCELL Destroyer - Composite EDC Fidget Toy, Red & Black Metal
Six Ways to Fidget, One Body
Most EDC pieces do one thing. This one does six. The Destroyer is a composite build: a single red and black metal body carrying a push slider, a damped rotor, a spinner, a ratchet ring and a sprung hatch, so you can change play mode without changing what you carry.
What's On It
- Push slider - the main track. Long travel, firm detents, running the length of the body.
- Damped rotor module - the expansion module. A rotating element with damping, so it eases down instead of spinning free.
- Hatch release - a button on the body pops the side panel open, so you can reach the internals without tools.
- Finger-press rebound - a sprung section that pushes back under your thumb and returns on its own.
- Spinner - a rotating element seated in the frame.
- Ratchet ring - a toothed ring you can work round with your thumb, with the click-and-release feel of a ratchet.
- Top slider - a small secondary slider on the upper section.
This is the Expansion Set configuration, the one that ships with the damped rotor module fitted. It also comes with a set of polished metal capsules that seat into the rotor as decorative inserts.
Mechanical, Hand-Operated, Nothing Powered
Every moving part on this piece is worked by your fingers. There is no battery, no motor and no part that leaves the body. It is a fidget object and desk piece for adults - a mechanical toy built to be handled, turned and clicked, and nothing else.
Build and Finish
Machined metal in a red and black two-tone finish. The body is assembled from several pieces rather than milled as one block, which is what makes the module layout possible - and it means the hatch and the moving sections are serviceable rather than sealed in.

Good to Know
- A fidget object for adults; not intended for children.
- Metal-on-metal parts wear in with use. Expect the action to loosen slightly over the first few days and then settle.
- Colours and finishes vary a little between batches. The maker does not treat minor surface marks as defects.
