The band has twelve detents. That is enough that it feels continuous while you are working it, but few enough that you can count them - which is what makes it useful as a fidget rather than just something that spins.

Entry or Pro

• Aluminium Alloy Entry - the lightest and cheapest way in. Same twelve detents, same mechanism, less metal.
• Stainless Steel Pro - the everyday build. More weight in the band, and the step is firmer for it.
• Purple Copper Pro - copper taken to a purple tone. Heavy, and it patinas with wear rather than staying new.
• Zirconium Alloy Pro - the densest build. The firmest step of the four, because the extra mass loads the detent harder.

What Actually Changes With Material

The twelve detents are the same across all four. What changes is weight and how firmly the ring holds at each position - heavier band, firmer step. Pick on whether you want it to feel light on the finger or present.
