These are push cards cut to a playing-card silhouette, built in metal and stacked in either two or three plates. The suit is not printed on - it is the shape, the weight and the stroke that carry the idea.

2-Layer or 3-Layer

The two versions feel different in the hand, and it is the main thing to decide before ordering:

• 2-Layer - lighter and quicker. The plate moves fast and the card sits flatter in a pocket. Better if you want something you can work through one-handed without thinking about it.
• 3-Layer - heavier and slower. The extra plate adds mass and a longer, more deliberate stroke. Better if you want to feel the travel.

Ace, King and Joker Pair

• Ace - the clean single-pip face. Available in both 2-layer and 3-layer.
• King - the crowned face. Available in both 2-layer and 3-layer, with a slightly wider finish range.
• Joker Pair - two faces sold together, in antique copper.

Finishes

Black, silver, bright silver, gunmetal, gold, multi, brass and antique copper. The finish changes the look and the feel under the thumb - polished silver is slicker, gunmetal and matte finishes grip a little more.

PTFE Pre-Applied

The contact surfaces come with PTFE already applied, and spare stickers are included. It keeps the stroke smooth and quiet while the plates bed in, and you can re-apply it yourself as it wears.

Each card ships in a leather pouch with PTFE stickers.

How to use: Hold the card in one hand and work the plate back and forth with your thumb. There is no fixed stop - the plate travels as far as the track allows.
